Services you paid for were not delivered as agreed within the timeline we committed.
b. Wrong Services Delivered:
Service delivered is materially different from what was ordered and we are unable to correct it after reasonable attempts.

• You may cancel a service order before work starts without charges.
• Once work has commenced, cancellation is not eligible for refund.
• For subscriptions, cancellation will stop future billing but already charged amounts are non-refundable.
